If I could leave a zero star review I would! The customer service gets worse and worse! Along with the quality of the baked goods! What a disappointment!! My son and I stood in line on crazy days waiting for 10 minutes while the counter woman talked. They were waiting on Alaskan donuts but she never told the 30 people in line that they could come up and order from the case. Then she made fun of me because I asked for something incorrectly!! I will never go back!!!

This place has kolaches that are the closest I've found to being like my Grandma's. Everything I've tried has been very good. Would give it 5 stars if the 1 employee that always seems to be there was friendlier, no one wants to deal with a rude/crabby employee.

I have always had excellent and friendly service and awesome baked goods from Quality Bakery. I have been going here since 2002 and never once had a bad experience. I go in with a good attitude and smile and say hello, or good morning and I get the same in return. I have watched parents bring kids in that pound on the glass cases, smash or squeeze the products on the table and the parent do nothing. Whoever the store employee is at the time has to ask that they not do that. Then parents get upset. Not the fault of the owner or employee WATCH YOUR CHILDREN and teach them. If you come in with attitude you may feel you get attitude. But I have never had a problem and have seen 100's of various people on the times I have been there being treated with great service because they came in respected the products and were nice as well instead of being demanding. Great bakery goods, you will not be sorry you stopped in.

The person behind the counter was very rude to my friend and I. It’s too bad she was so mean....my friend was planning to buy some bread to bring home after work and because she was so nasty, neither of us would go back or spend money at that establishment. She seemed especially rude because my friend didn’t notice the cash or check only sign until after ordering a cup of coffee. Learn to appreciate the people that are willing to support your business or close your doors!!
